According to their weaving shed,It includes four different forms:
1. 4-shed (one up and three down) : Mainly used for various paper machines.
2. 5-shed (one up and four down) : Mainly used to produce all kinds of kraft paper, tissue paper, writing paper, printing paper, etc.
3.8-shed (two up and six down) : main is suitable for making sack paper, kraft paper, liner board, corrugated paper, cardboard paper, etc.

Installation Instructions

How to Install Forming Fabric
1. Before installing the forming wire, you should kindly check and rinse the equipment surface ,making sure it is in good condition. the surface of wires should be forbidden from unevenness, slanting, burr, sand, etc.
2. The running direction must be in accordance with the direction of the arrow on the wire.The wire should be placed in the correct position, and all rollers should be paralleled with each other to prevent the wires from being deflected.
3. There should be a high-pressure water device that can be swinging. Water pressure must be controlled in 6-10 kg/cm² for the medium and low-speed paper machine; speed more than 350m/min, water pressure is 10-15 kg/cm².When using multi-layer forming wire, water pressure is 15-30 kg/cm².Meanwhile water should be clean and without sand.
4. After putting the forming wire into paper machine, firstly check the wire,then slightly tension the wire, add water to lubricate the operation, slowly adjust the tension to normal value. Keep the tension at 3-4 kg/cm² for the low-speed paper machine, and high speed machine at 4-6 kg/cm².
